Builders in Desrochers include Akash Homes, Daytona Homes, Jayman BUILT, Landmark Homes, Pacesetter Homes, Sterling Homes and StreetSide Developments. There are proposals for a future recreation centre, multiple sports fields and open space amenities for Desrochers residents. The neighbourhood is bounded by 35 Avenue SW to the north, James Mowatt Trail to the east, 141 Street to the west and 41 Avenue to the south.
