Centennial Village is a neighbourhood located in northern Sherwood Park, Alberta, along Palisades way and just south of Centennial Park. Centennial Village is a calm neighbourhood nestled in a quiet place away from the busy commercial entities and it also allows residents to enjoy recreational amenities situated within walking distance of their homes. 

Centennial Park is a favourite spot in the area as it features lots to do and explore. Amenities in the park include 2 competition baseball diamonds, 7 slow-pitch ball diamonds, a playground, pond, trail, picnic shelter, a natural area, wetland area viewing deck, outhouse and fire pit areas.

The park is also home to the Legacy Forest and Pollinator Habitat, an area with benches and a native grass pathway that leads to a pollinator garden. It heads north along Sherwood Drive before joining Range Road 232. The entire trail is 88kms long and stretches from Devon to Sturgeon County.

The trail offers a chance to explore Sherwood Park communities, the Strathcona Provincial Science Park, Fort Saskatchewan and other parts along the river valley. Those who are up for a challenge can try to explore the entire trial system. The trail system consists of granular and asphalt trails perfect for biking, rollerblading, walking and running.
